How long does a typical job take?
Most residential projects take 2 to 4 days. A single bathroom or backsplash is quicker; whole-house takes longer. You get a written timeline at the estimate.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Woodbridge Township, NJ and work across New Jersey and New York, including Middlesex and Union County, Newark, Jersey City, and into Staten Island and the NYC boroughs. Not sure if you are in range? Just ask.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Silcam Tile Installation LLC is fully licensed and insured on every project, residential and commercial. Proof of insurance is available on request, and we provide documentation for builders and property managers.
What's your warranty?
Every installation is backed by a 2-year limited warranty. If something in our workmanship fails in that window, we come back and make it right.
Do you supply the tile, or do I?
Either works. Plenty of clients pick their own tile and we install it; others want help choosing. We'll tell you honestly which materials hold up in your specific room. Heat, moisture, and traffic all change the answer, and we would rather you know before you buy.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come to you, measure, look at your substrate, and give you a clear written price with no hidden fees. There's no charge and no obligation to book.

Do you handle demo and removal of old tile?
Yes. We handle demolition, haul-away, and substrate repair as part of the scope, so you're not coordinating a second trade. It's itemized in your estimate so you see exactly what it costs.
